Directions

Step 1

Toast the bread if you like it crunchy (totally optional).

 

Step 2

Spread the Dijon mustard on one slice and mash or layer the avocado on the other.

 

Step 3

Layer the turkey slices on top of the avocado side.

 

Step 4

Add tomato slices and mixed greens on top of the turkey.

 

Step 5

Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

 

Step 6

Press the two slices together, slice in half, and you’re good to go.
